Paddle Kayak or Sup and enjoy - that's the theme for 3 days filled with manor life and beautiful nature in the heart of Dalsland. Baldersnäs Herrgård stands for comfortable living and great food in a traditional manor environment and the paddle coach teaches you everything you need to be able to enjoy the surroundings from your kayaks safely and relaxed.
On the day of arrival you start with a good coffee and take a stroll around in our beautiful English park. Enjoy the scents of the herb gardens and discover the secret little corners of the park, rest in the shade of mighty old trees or relax in the pergola with a glass of bubbly. You may want to take a walk to the "End of the World".
In the evening you enjoy our classic 3-course menu before you sleep well in a shared double room. When you wake up and maybe take your morning dip, you can strengthen yourself with a delicious breakfast buffet before you meet your kayak guide. You will get acquainted with the kayaks and learn the basics of paddle technique and safety. Your lunch will taste extra good out in nature. In the afternoon, you have the opportunity to test your newly acquired paddle skills and discover beautiful Laxsjön on your own.
For the second evening, you will be served the manor's 5-course menu. Feel free to let the sommelier combine a wine package with your dinner for a perfect taste experience. After a good night's sleep, you can once again enjoy the breakfast buffet. Then you are ready to take on day three where you yourself practice the kayak and experience more of Dalsland's beautiful lake landscape.
